3. Payments
- All payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.
- We do not store or process your payment instrument details.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
4. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- All cancellations and refunds are subject to the Event’s refund policy as communicated at the time of purchase.
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access;
- use the platform for unlawful purposes;
- disrupt the Event or other participants.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and related to the Event (including logos, materials, and branding) is owned by or licensed to Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
We may provide links to or integrate with third-party services (including ticketing platforms, payment gateways, and partner platforms). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Code of Conduct
All attendees, partners, and participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times during the Event. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, or any conduct that violates applicable laws or the safety and comfort of others will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant from the Event without refund for violations of this Code of Conduct.
10. Photography and Media Consent
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai the right to use such media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across digital and offline channels, without compensation. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may inform the organisers in advance or at the Event venue.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai shall not be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- loss of data, revenue, or business;
- issues arising from third-party services.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Entrepreneurs Association of Mumbai from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Event or website.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
