You'll complete a structured AI-led interview that evaluates your skills and fit. If shortlisted, you meet hiring managers in person at MTW on 29–30 May. Shortlisting happens before the event, so there's no waiting around on the day.
There are roles across Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, DevOps, QA), Product (PM and APM), AI/ML (AI Engineer, AI Intern, Data Scientist), and Business (Sales Manager, Growth Marketing, Founder's Office).
Roles are open to candidates with 0-6 years of experience, so whether you're just starting out or a few years in, there's something here for you.

Shortlisted profiles start coming in from 15 May. You can optionally begin virtual interviews before the event and close your top picks early. You don't have to wait for the live days. You also get access to a customized dashboard on Babblebots and a report for shortlisted candidates.
There are three tiers: Growth (₹35,000, up to 3 roles), Starter (₹50,000, up to 5 roles), and Scale (₹75,000, 6+ roles). All tiers include branding at MTW, Babblebots AI pre-screening, and interview scheduling support. A success fee of ₹9,000 per offer applies across all tiers.
Company registration and JD submission closes 23 April. Roles go live from 24 April, and AI screening runs from 10-25 May ahead of the live event on 29-30 May.
